Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Subscription Cancellation

• You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting our support team at contactus@telanganatrdata.com

• Upon cancellation, your access to AARAONE will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle (monthly or yearly), after which your subscription will not renew.

2. Refund Policy

• Monthly Plans: We do not offer refunds for monthly subscription payments once they are processed. You can cancel your plan to avoid charges for the next month.

• Yearly Plans: If you cancel within the first 7 days of your subscription start date, you are eligible for a full refund. After 7 days, no refunds will be issued for the remaining period.

• No partial refunds will be provided for unused time on an active subscription.

3. Exceptions
Refunds may be issued in exceptional cases at our sole discretion, such as:

• Technical issues that prevent access to the platform.

• Duplicate charges or billing errors.
